This Stretch Feels So Good…

Feet can be together or hip distance.

… Everyone has to do it!  It’s not really a yoga pose but since yoga is so much about opening your shoulders and aligning your spine, I think it works.  Stand about 3 or 4 feet away from a wall or a table that’s about waist high.  Take your feet hip distance and reach to the wall or table with your hands shoulder distance, taking your body into an right angle-like shape.  Allow your shoulders and chest to sink down and your spine to come into its natural curve. Let your neck relax and look down.  Take some deep breaths and feel your shoulders opening.  I love doing this stretch all the time and I know you will, too.
